IF you had asked Sophie Muir in August last year, about the time of the Beijing Games, if she could ever become a winter Olympian, she would have thought it impossible.
At that stage, she was a retired in-line rollerskating world champion and qualified nurse who was half-way through a round-the-world backpacking holiday with her boyfriend.
